When you purchase a beat or instrumental from Dankio Music, you’re buying a license to use it under the terms below. We offer Non‑Exclusive and Exclusive licenses:
4.1 Non‑Exclusive License
• Price: See product page.
• Rights Granted:
• Unlimited streaming, digital downloads, and performances.
• Up to 10,000 physical copies (CDs/vinyl) or 10,000 digital sales.
• Use in YouTube videos, social media, podcasts (with credit).
• Rights Reserved:
• We retain ownership of the composition and master recording.
• You cannot claim the beat as your own composition.
4.2 Exclusive License
• Price: Custom quote—contact for details.
• Rights Granted:
• All Non‑Exclusive rights, plus unlimited sales/copies.
• We transfer ownership of the master to you.
• Restrictions:
• We will no longer license the beat to anyone else.
• You may register the composition in your name for publishing royalties.
4.3 Delivery & Payment
• Licenses are delivered via download link after payment clears.
• You must comply with the license terms; breach may result in termination of rights.
